What we collect

Waitlist: if you join, we collect your name and email, plus your practice name and practice type if you run a practice, or your city and state if you want to work with Reddo.

Visits: when you open the site, we record the page, your approximate city, region, and country based on your internet connection, the website that sent you, and whether you use a phone, tablet, or computer. This does not identify you.

Abuse prevention: we keep a scrambled, one way version of your IP address for up to 24 hours to limit repeated submissions. We never store your actual IP address.

What we do not collect

We do not use cookies or advertising trackers. This website never asks for and must never receive patient information.

How we use it

We use waitlist details to contact you about the waitlist and our launch. We use visit records to understand how many people visit and from where. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising. We use service providers to run this site: Supabase stores our data, Vercel hosts the site, and Cloudflare protects the waitlist form from spam. They process data only to provide those services.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist details until you ask us to remove them or we no longer need them. We keep visit records for up to 12 months.

Your rights

If you live in California, you can ask to know what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@reddoai.me and we will respond within 45 days. We do not sell personal information.

Children

This site is not meant for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
